At Brisbane Electric Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your e-bike or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in original, unassembled condition.

  Securely pack the product in its original factory packaging, ensuring all chargers, keys, and manuals are included.

  Ship to Brisbane

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized courier point or schedule a professional pickup for bulky e-bikes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
