What kind of warranty comes with my electric bike?

All our e-bikes come with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. Typically, this includes a 2-year warranty on the motor and battery, and a lifetime or 5-year warranty on the frame, depending on the brand.

Do you provide assembly services for online orders?

Every bike shipped from Brisbane Electric Bikes undergoes a professional pre-delivery inspection. While bikes are shipped 85% assembled for safety in transit, you will only need to attach the pedals and straighten the handlebars using the included tool kit.

What is your return policy for e-bikes?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
